By accessing or using this website and any services provided herein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which together govern the relationship between you and QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited, operating as NorwayVPS.com and Host4Fun ("Host4Fun", "we", "us", or "our").

NorwayVPS.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

General Use

Service Deployment & Availability

Activation Times:

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Best effort. Uptime target: 99%.

Data Backup

NorwayVPS.com does not provide automatic data backup by default. Backup services are available as a paid add-on and are performed manually. Once a VPS or web hosting service is terminated, data recovery is not possible. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:

Disk I/O is limited based on VPS package. All VPS plans come with shared CPU fair-share allocation. You are not permitted to use 100% of allocated CPU continuously (24/7).

Content Restrictions

Network Routing and Connectivity

Network connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific network routes, latency, throughput, or performance to any geographic location or international destination. Routing paths are determined by our upstream carriers, peering partners, and overall Internet conditions, which are outside of our direct control.

Performance between a client's location and our services may be affected by the client's ISP, intermediary networks, regional congestion, or government-imposed restrictions, and such conditions shall not be considered a service fault or outage.

Bandwidth Policy

If your allocated bandwidth is exhausted, service will be rate-limited until the end of the billing cycle. Additional bandwidth may be purchased. Bandwidth resets at the start of each new billing cycle.

Refund Policy

PayPal and all transaction fees are non-refundable. Any approved refund is subject to 25%–30% deployment and payment processing fees in addition to non-refundable transaction charges. We offer a 24-hour refund window only for Shared Web Hosting and standard VPS orders with a valid reason.

All refunds, if applicable, are processed at our sole discretion and in accordance with the above terms.

SLA Credits

If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed service level, you may request service credits according to the schedule below. Service credits are not applied automatically — a request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the reported downtime incident.

Manual Verification

Accounts subject to manual verification must provide requested documents. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe will result in service termination and may incur service charges.

DMCA & Copyright

Upon receipt of any valid DMCA or copyright complaint, it will be forwarded to you immediately. You must remove the infringing content without delay, or your service will be suspended and subsequently terminated.

Support

Support is not available 24/7. Tickets are typically answered within one working day (usually within 1–4 hours during business hours). Submit support requests via our client portal.

Breach of Terms

If you violate these Terms of Service, NorwayVPS.com / Host4Fun may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking access to services, contacting your ISP, or initiating legal proceedings.
